The Future of Work is about equity in the workplace. Employers make space for underestimated women in STEM while using data to power workplace equity.

About Us

PH Balanced helps mid-sized SMART manufacturers measure their DEI retention strategies for Black, Indigenous & Latinx women using diversity data analytics. We do this by creating a vivid picture of BOTH sides of the data by showcasing workplace issues which impact Black, Indigenous & Latinx women.

PH Balanced translates the women’s experiences into diversity data to help employers create retention and recruitment solutions for Black, Indigenous & Latinx women in the workplace.

PH Balanced can show the real picture opposed to just the data and numbers. Black, Indigenous & Latinx women are talents that can be attracted and retained. By analyzing these women’s unique workplace experiences via a diversity, equity and inclusive approach, PH Balanced helps employers achieve their DEI goals.
